Try out the Jumble Trail this Weekend

Come together with your connumity this Sunday – 20 August 2017 – for the local Jumble Trail. People will be setting up stalls outside their houses from Annendale and Chevening Road right up to St John’s Church at the Royal Standard selling toys, pre-loved clothes, cakes, collectables, you name it!  Starting at 11am and finishing about 5pm, it should be fun.

For a map of the trail and those taking part visit: jumbletrail.com/event/royalstandard or even register your own stall. It’s also a great way to meet your neighbours.

My grandchildren and I will be opening up our garden at 79 Humber Road with loads of toys, books, games, furniture and bric-a-brac. Do come and see us and also if your a “Friend of the Pleasaunce” pick up another membership card for your 10% discount in the Cafe. We will be raising funds for a Drinking Fountain in our park.

Another date for the diary is Saturday 21st October when we will be holding the annual Trafalgar Day Service in the Pleasaunce at 12 noon. I will post more information nearer the date.
